Delivery Information for Trunk Show Orders

It will take 4 to 6 weeks to fill an order for our Trunk Show customers when we take orders during our visit. But if you are our old customer and place an order via email, then delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks.

We use either FedEx or UPS to deliver your order. We require full credit card details at the time of purchase. However, you will only be charged the moment your clothes are shipped.

Returns & Alterations

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse necessary alterations or pay for return shipping for any fixes. Our goal is for you to look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes.

At Ravi Sehgal Bespoke, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made garments designed to fit you perfectly and last for years. Our Customer Protection Policy ensures peace of mind—both for you and for us.

Alterations & Adjustments

We understand that even the best measurements may need fine-tuning. If your garment doesn’t fit as expected:

· Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request adjustments.

· We will reimburse reasonable local alteration costs (up to a pre-agreed limit), or you may return the item for us to adjust at no extra charge.

· If we determine the fit issue is due to a production error, we will remake or adjust the item at our cost.

Workmanship Guarantee

If there’s any flaw in construction or craftsmanship:

· Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

· We will cover the cost of return shipping and either repair or replace the garment, depending on the issue.

· Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by incorrect care are not covered.

Exclusions

To ensure fairness, please note:

· Since each garment is made to your custom measurements, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or style preferences after fabric is cut.

· Minor variations due to handcrafting are part of bespoke tailoring and are not considered defects.

· Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for free fixes, but we will still try our best to support you reasonably.

    Our Trunk Show Dates

  • Our appointment blocks for Trunk Shows are usually an hour for new clients This allows enough time for a proper measurement and for you to look at and discuss fabrics from our sample books.

  • Yes. We will have a comprehensive selection of fabrics that are relevant to the climate of the city we are visiting.

  • We offer two options. One is a full canvas suit where no glue is used. There are not very many tailors in Bangkok using this method as it requires more skill and time.

    Second is the ‘half canvas’ option where glued is used.

  • The fabric and all the details are sent to our master cutter in our own workshop who then drafts a pattern and stitches the suit. We have a team of ten professionals who work together to create perfect bespoke clothes.

    • Monograms on suits or shirts

    • Any silk lining selection

    • Any cuff selection

    • Any collar selection

    • Any suit style for men or women

    • Any pant, skirt, or coat style

    • Custom handmade construction from whole cloth

  • We use either DHL or FEDEX at our expense.

  • A simple monogram of your name is free. For a special or complicated logo, we may have to create a special block, which will cost depending on the complexity.

  • We always offer the best possible price to our clients. Regarding discounts we have to go by case to case depending on your order quantity.

  • We have fabrics from all over the world. It all depends on your budget.

    We stock English, Italian, and Chinese fabrics. The luxury fabric collection that we have in Bangkok can also be found in all major cities because the most prestigious mills work with global tailors. We also carry fabrics that you can't find anywhere else because some fabric mills only supply specific tailors.

  • Yes once we have all your measurements and patterns, you can always order remotely. We are happy to hop on zoom to do a virtual consultation with our clients.
