We endeavour to provide each and every client with a perfect fit. Our goal is that you look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes. We will alter your clothes until you are happy with the fit.

If you are travelling through Bangkok and there isn’t time to make any final alterations before you leave Bangkok we will make any necessary alterations and ship them to you anywhere in the world at our expense.

Customer Protection Policy

Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will fix or replace any clothing with workmanship or fitting flaws. Put simply,

  • If you’re not satisfied with the fit, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make any reasonable adjustments free of charge. If you are travelling through Bangkok and there isn’t time to make any final alterations before you leave Bangkok we will make any necessary alterations and ship them to you anywhere in the world at our expense.

  • If there’s any defect in our workmanship, let us know within 7 days and we will mend or replace it as appropriate.

Our goal is to craft you clothes that feel and look great. If you need to bring something to our attention, please contact us right away.

  • We have fabrics from all over the world. It all depends on your budget.

    We stock English, Italian and Chinese fabrics. The luxury fabric collection that we have in Bangkok can also be found in all major cities because the most prestigious mills work with global tailors. We also carry fabrics that you can't find anywhere else, because some fabric mills only supply specific tailors.

  • We offer two options. One is a full canvas suit where no glue is used. Second is the ‘half canvas’ option where glued is used. As for measurements, our skilled sales team will measure precisely and take a three-photo profile (front, back and side).

    The fabric and all the details are sent to our master cutter in our own workshop who then drafts a pattern and stitches the suit. We have a team of ten professionals who work together to create perfect bespoke clothes.

  • Your initial visit is what will take the longest. Depending on how decisive you are with choosing fabrics, styles and options it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. An average initial visit takes about 45 minutes.

    Fittings usually take much less time as it is just yourself and your tailor discussing the fit of the garment and making any alterations. This usually takes about 20 minutes.

  • A simple monogram of your name is free. For a special or complicated logo, we may have to create a special block, which will cost depending on the complexity.

  • Yes once we have all your measurements and patterns, you can always order remotely. We are happy to hop on zoom to do a virtual consultation with our clients.

  • Ravi Sehgal Bespoke will reimburse necessary alterations or pay for return shipping for any fixes. Our goal is that you look good and feel comfortable in your custom clothes.

  • We offer three months free alteration after the purchase date. Later than that, we can alter the clothes for a minimum charge.
